Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate is a combination drug that belongs to the class of antihistamine and calcium channel blocker. Cinnarizine works by blocking the entry of calcium ions into cells, which results in a reduction of the constriction of blood vessels and a decrease in the production of histamine. Dimenhydrinate acts as an antihistamine and helps in preventing the effects of histamine, which are responsible for symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.

 

Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate is used to treat symptoms of motion sickness, vertigo, dizziness, and nausea.

 

The dosage and administration of Cinnarizine + Dimenhydrinate may vary depending on the age and medical condition of the patient. The usual dose is:

  • Adults: One tablet, taken three times a day
