Procaine penicillin G + benzathine is narrow spectrum penicillin with a bactericidal action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, such as Campylobacter, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, Erysipelothrix, Haemophilus, Listeria, Passionflower, Pasticelle, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus
