Betamethasone + Lidocaine Hydrochloride + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is indicated for the following conditions-
- Hemorrhoids
- Fissure
Apply locally 2-3 times a day. If internal application is required, use the applicator. Once daily administration is usually enough to control the condition.

Betamethasone + Lidocaine Hydrochloride + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride can cause the following side effects.
- Hyperpigmentation
- Skin burning
- Atrophic change
- Continuous treatment over a long period of time should be avoided.
- If sensitization occurs, stop using it.
- Chronic use may cause HPA suppression.
Contraindication
Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any component of the medication.
