Betamethasone + Salicylic Acid
Betamethasone + Salicylic Acid is a dermatological drug used to treat swelling, itching, redness, and dead skin cells caused by psoriasis and eczema.
Apply a thin film to the affected area 2-3 times daily.
Betamethasone + Salicylic Acid can cause the following side effects-
- Burning
- Irritation
- Itching
- Redness / erythema
- Do not use the medication for a prolonged time.
- Do not ingest or apply the cream on open wounds, eyes, face or inside the vagina.
- Inform your doctor before using the cream if you have rosacea, chicken pox, cold sores, genital itching or glaucoma.
- This medicine should not be used in bacterial/fungal infections
- Prolonged use may cause Hypothalamic pituitary adrenal suppression.
Contraindication
Contraindicated in patients hypersensitive to any component of the medication.
There is no known contraindications of the medication in terms of food and drinks.
