• Steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular disease with bacterial infections or the risk of bacterial infections is treated with this combination eye drop.
• The combination can also be used for post-operative inflammation and any other ocular inflammation associated with infection.
• It is indicated for the treatment of ear infections accompanied by inflammation such as otitis externa, otitis media and chronic suppurative otitis media etc. The combination can also be used for post-operative inflammation of ear.

• For eye: Every four to six hours, 1 drop should be administered into the conjunctival sac(s). The dosage can be increased to 1 drop every two hours after the first 24 to 48 hours.
• Acute otitis media in pediatric patients with typanastomy tube: 4 drops instilled into the affected ear 2 times daily for 7 days.
• Acute otitis externa: 4 drops instilled into the affected ear 2 times daily for 7 days.

• Transient eye burning or irritation are common side effects described. 
• Elevation of IOP with development of glaucoma, and delayed wound healing may rarely occur.

• In ocular hypertension and/or glaucoma, with damage to the optic nerve, this medication may cause defects in visual acuity and fields of vision, and posterior sub capsular cataract formation.
• Prolonged use may result in overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms, including fungi
• Patients who use contact lenses should not use the drops while wearing the lenses.
