Paracetamol + Tramadol Hydrochloride
Paracetamol + Tramadol Hydrochloride is a combination medication. Paracetamol is an antipyretic and analgesic while tramadol is an opioid antagonist.
1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain relief, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day is the suggested dose. Each tablet contains paracetamol 325 mg and caffeine 37.5 mg.

- When using tranquilizers, hypnotics, or other opiate-containing analgesics, this combination preparation should be used with caution.
