যতক্ষণ না আপনি আপনার তথ্য অন্যকে বা জনসাধারণকে জানাতে না চান, ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত কেও আপনার তথ্য দেখতে বা জানতে পারবে না। আপনি যদি কিছু নির্দিষ্ট তথ্য অন্যকে বা জনসাধারণের কাছে ভাগ করে নেন তবে কেবল সেই তথ্যটি অন্যরা / জনসাধারণরা দেখতে পারবেন। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, আপনি যখন কোনও ডাক্তার অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুক করবেন তখন আপনাকে নিজের নাম, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল ফোন নম্বর, জন্ম তারিখ এবং অন্যান্য কিছু তথ্য সরবরাহ করতে হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে ডাক্তার এবং হাসপাতাল পরিচালনার সাথে সম্পর্কিতরা এই তথ্যটি দেখবে  এছাড়া অন্য কোনও ব্যক্তি আপনার অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনার তথ্য দেখতে পাবে না। আপনি যদি মেডিকেয়ার ২৪ কে কোন অংশীদারি বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে তথ্য আদান প্রদানের অনুমতি না দেন তবে আপনার কোনও তথ্য মেডিকেয়ার ২৪  আদান প্রদান করবে না। মনে রাখবেন, আপনার প্রদত্ত তথ্য মেডিকেয়ার 24 দ্বারা বা বিপণন, গবেষণা, শিক্ষা, প্রশিক্ষণ এবং প্রশিক্ষণের উদ্দেশ্যে বেনামে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে বা অন্যান্য পক্ষ / তৃতীয় পক্ষগুলীর সাথে আদান প্রদান করা যেতে পারে।  

বেনামে আদান প্রদানের অর্থ হল, তথ্যটি এমনভাবে আদান প্রদান করা হবে যাতে করে কোনভাবেই বুঝা না যায় যে এই তথ্যটি কার বা কার সাথে সম্পর্কিত। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, রোগীর রক্তচাপের রেকর্ডগুলি নাম, ঠিকানা, ইমেল এবং ফোন নম্বর গোপন করে আদান প্রদান করা যেতে পারে যাতে কোন ভাবেই  এটি সনাক্ত করা না যায় যে এই তথ্যটি কার মেডিকেল রেকর্ডের সাথে সম্পর্কিত।

Nobody can see your information unless you share it others or make it public. If you share any certain information to others or public then only that information can bee seen by others/public. For example, when you book a doctor appointment you need to provide your name , address, mobile phone number, date of birth and some other information. In that case, doctor and hospital management will see this information but no other people can see your information. Medicare24bd.com will not share any information to other parties/third parties unless you give permission to share. Keep in mind, the information you provided could be used  anonymously by medicare24bd.com or share to other parties/third parties for marketing, research, education, training and coaching purposes.

Anonymously means, the information will be shared in a way that no body can detect/recognise that the particular information corresponds to you or a particular patient. For example, records of blood pressure of a patient can be shared by hiding the name, address, email and phone number so that no body can detect whose medical record it is.

তারা একে অপরের থেকে পৃথক।  মেডিকেয়ার অ্যাকাউন্ট / ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি হয় যখন আপনি মেডিকেয়ার 24 বিডি ডটকমটিতে নিবন্ধন করেন। এটি একটি অনন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট যা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে লগ ইন করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। এটি সর্বদা আপনার ইমেল বা মোবাইল ফোন নম্বরের সাথে সম্পর্কিত।

রোগী হিসাবে আপনার সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত তথ্য আপনার রুগীর প্রোফাইলে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে যা আপনার মেডিকেয়ার অ্যাকাউন্ট / ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে থাকবে। আপনার রোগীর প্রোফাইলটি মেডিকেয়ার ২৪ এ নিবন্ধের সময় ডিফল্ট হিসাবে তৈরি হবে।আপনাকে আলাদাভাবে তৈরি করতে হবেনা। তবে আপনি আপনার মেডিকেয়ার অ্যাকাউন্ট / ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে আপনার পরিবারের সদস্য / বন্ধুদের এক বা একাধিক  রোগী প্রোফাইল তৈরি / যুক্ত করতে পারবেন।

Medicare Account/User Account are not same. They are different to each other.

Medicare Account/User Account are generated/created when you register to medicare24bd.com. it is a unique account which is used for log in to your account. it is alway either your email or mobile phone number.

The patient profile is a seperate unique profile for information related to you as patient. your patient profile will be created during the registration/sign up as default. You can create/add more patient profile for your family members/friends from Account Settings under your Medicare Account/User Account.

Medicare ID is a unique id for a patient profile. Every patient or patient profile will have a unique Medicare ID. it will be created/generated by the system of mediare24bd.com web application during the creation/generation of patient profile.

No. Medicare ID and User Account/Medicare Account are not same. They are different to each other. Medicare ID is the id for recognition of an individual patient as general purpose. by Medicare ID you can not log in to your Medicare Account/User Account. For log in to your Medicare Account/User Account you need to use your user name (email or phone number) and password.

For example, if a hospital/diagnostic centre want to send you a diagnostic report, they can send the diagnostic report through your Medicare ID.
