মেডিকেয়ার 24 কোন টাকা/অর্থ গ্রহণ করে না। মেডিকেয়ার 24 আপনার জন্য কোন অর্থ আদান /প্রদানের ব্যবস্থা করবে না।

আপনার ডাক্তারকে সরাসরি ভিজিটিং ফী প্রদান করুন। বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে আপনার ডাক্তার মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, রকেট ইত্যাদি) দিয়ে অর্থ গ্রহণ করবেন। আপনি আপনার রুগীর প্রোফাইল>এপয়েন্টমেন্ট>পেমেন্ট মেনু থেকে ডাক্তারের মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর তথ্য পাবেন। এছাড়াও ডাক্তারের কাছ থেকে আপনার পেমেন্ট অপশন জেনে নিতে পারেন।

মনে রাখবেন, মেডিকেয়ার 24 কোন অর্থ গ্রহণ, আদান, প্রদান করে না।

Medicare 24 does not accept any money / money. Medicare24 will not arrange any payment for you.

Pay the visit fee directly to your doctor. In most cases your doctor will accept money through mobile banking (like Bkash, Rocket, etc.). You will get doctor's mobile banking information from your patient profile> appointment> payment menu. You can also find out your payment options by asking your doctor.

Remember, Medicare24 does not accept, exchange or pay any money.

সরাসরি ডাক্তারের কাছে অর্থ প্রদানের জন্য রোগীকে প্রথমে মেডিকেয়ার 24 বিডি ডটকমের মাধ্যমে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নিতে হবে। অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নেয়ার সাথে সাথে ডাক্তার একটি চালান পাবেন। সেই চালানের অপশন থেকে কেবলমাত্র সংশ্লিষ্ট চিকিৎসক রোগীর টাকা পাওয়ার পরে লেনদেন সম্পূর্ণ  করতে পারবেন।

আপনি রোগীর একটি পেমেন্ট কে নিশ্চিত করতে অথবা আপডেট করতে Doctor Profile যান । এখন আপনি আপনার Chamber টি নির্বাচন করুন। এবার আপনি Appointment> Money Receipt মেনু তে যান এবং ঐ সমস্ত Invoice নির্বাচন করুন যাদের "$ Confirmation" বাটন টি আছে। এই বাটনে ক্লিক করে পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য যাচাই করে পেমেন্টটিকে নিশ্চিত করতে পারেন। পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করার সাথে সাথে রুগীর এই পেমেন্টটি আপডেট হবে এবং রুগী ও সেটি জানতে পারবে যে ডাক্তার রুগীর এই পেমেন্টটি নিশ্চিত করেছেন।

First you need to go to the Doctor Profile for confirming a payment from patient. Now you select your Chamber and go to the Appointment> Money Receipt menu. At this point, you select those Invoices that has the "$ Confirmation" button. By clicking this button, you can confirm the payment after verify the payment details. The patient's payment will be updated as soon as the payment is confirmed and the patient will also be notified that the doctor has confirmed the payment. 

আপনি যদি রোগীর এই পেমেন্টটিকে নিশ্চিত / আপডেট না করেন তাহলে রোগীর প্রেসক্রিপশনটি তার প্রোফাইলে জমা হবে না। ফলে রোগী তার প্রেসক্রিপশনটি দেখতে পারবেনা। সুতরাং যত দ্রুত সম্ভব রোগীর পেমেন্টটিকে নিশ্চিত / আপডেট করুন।

The prescription will not be transferred to patient profile until the patient payment has been confirmed / updated. As a result, the patient will not be able to see his prescription. So, please confirm / update the patient's payment as soon as possible.

যখন কোনও রোগী কোনও অর্থ প্রদান সম্পূর্ণ করেন, তখন তাকে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হবে ডাক্তার উক্ত পেমেন্টটি কনফার্ম করা পর্যন্ত  । কনফার্ম  হওয়ার পরে, রোগী প্রেসক্রিপশন দেখতে পাবেন।

When a patient completes a payment, he/she needs to wait for a moment for doctor confirming the particular payment. After confirmation, patient will get to view the prescription.  

প্রেসক্রিপশন লেখার সময় ডাক্তারের জন্য প্রেসক্রিপশন মডিউলের নীচে একটি ডিসকাউন্ট অপশন রয়েছে । একজন ডাক্তার চাইলে সে পরিমাণ ছাড় (টাকায়) দিতে পারেন। এছাড়াও ডাক্তার তার ডাক্তার প্রোফাইলের "Payment & Discount" মেনু থেকে রোগীকে সম্পূর্ণ বকেয়া ডিসকাউন্ট হিসেবে দিতে পারেন। 

There is a discount option at the bottom of the prescription module for the doctor during prescription writing. If a doctor wants, he can give a discount (in BDT). The doctor can also give a full discount from the "Payment & Discount" menu in his doctor profile.

অর্থ গ্রহণের জন্য, ডাক্তারকে তার ডাক্তারের প্রোফাইলে যেতে হবে। সেখান থেকে তাকে "সেটিংস" এবং "সেটিংস" থেকে "ডাক্তার সেটিং" অপশনে যেতে হবে। তারপরে একটি উইন্ডো আসবে যেখানে সে "পেমেন্ট মেথড " অপশনটি পাবে। এই পেমেন্ট মেথড অপশনে গেলে সেখানে "এড পেমেন্ট মেথড" নামের আরেকটি অপশন পাবে । সেটি সিলেক্ট করার সাথে সাথে পপ-আপ উইন্ডোতে একটি ফর্ম  আসবে এবং ডাক্তারকে সেই ফর্মটি পূরণ করতে হবে। একজন চিকিৎসক চাইলে একাধিক অর্থ গ্রহণের  পদ্ধতি যুক্ত করতে পারেন। সম্পূর্ণ পদ্ধতিটি নিম্নরূপ-

ডাক্তার প্রোফাইল> সেটিংস> ডাক্তার সেটিংস> পেমেন্ট মেথড  > এড পেমেন্ট মেথড।   

In order to receive payment, doctor needs to set his/her payment method. For that, doctor needs to go to his/her doctor profile. From there he/she needs to go to the "Settings" option and from "Settings" to "Doctor setting"option. Then a window will appear where he/she can find "Payment method" option. In payment method there is a option name "Add payment method". After selecting that a pop-up window will occur and doctor needs to fill up that form. A doctor can add multiple payment method if he/she wants. Here is the procedures-

My doctor profile>Settings>Doctor Settings>Payment Method>Add payment method.

ডাক্তার রোগীদের জন্য পেমেন্টও করতে পারেন। তার জন্য, ডাক্তারকে তার নিজের ডাক্তার প্রোফাইলে যেতে হবে। সেখানে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট অপশন থেকে তাকে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের তালিকায় যেতে হবে। তারপরে একটি উইন্ডো উপস্থিত হবে, যেখানে চিকিৎসক রোগীর তালিকা পাবেন। সেখান থেকে ডাক্তার প্রতিটি রোগীর পেমেন্ট আইকন খুঁজে পেতে পারেন এবং সেই অপশনটি নির্বাচনের পরে একটি উইন্ডো আসবে যেখানে ডাক্তার "এড ইনভয়েস" এবং "এড ইনভয়েস এন্ড পে" অপশন পাবেন সেই অপশন থেকে ডাক্তার রোগীর জন্য পেমেন্ট করতে পারেন।

Doctor can make payments for the patients as well. For that, Doctor needs to go to his/her own doctor profile. From that, he/she needs to go to Appointment list from appointment option. Then a window will appear, where doctor can find patient lists. From there, doctor can find payment icon for each patient and after selecting that option a window will appear where doctor can find " Add invoice" and "Add invoice and pay" .  From that option doctor can make payments for patient.  

যদি রোগীর পেমেন্ট বকেয়া থাকে তবে সে প্রেসক্রিপশন দেখতে পাবে না। সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান করা হলেই কেবলমাত্র প্রেসক্রিপশন দেখা যাবে।

If patient's payment is due, he/she will not get to view prescription. Prescription will only be viewed when payment is fully paid.

আপনি আপনার রোগীকে prescribe করার পর তার হাত থেকেই ক্যাশ নিতে পারেন অথবা ব্যাংকিং কিংবা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর মাধ্যমে ও নিতে পারেন (যেমন বিক্যাশ, ,রকেট, নগদ ইত্যাদি)।এ ক্ষেত্রে আপনার বাকিং বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এর তথ্য আপনার Doctor Profile>Settings>Doctor Settings> Payment Methods মেনুতে প্রদান করুন। রুগী তার প্রোফাইল থেকে আপনার payment method এবং এ সংক্রান্ত তথ্য দেখতে পারবে এবং আপনাকে ভিজিটিং ফী প্রদান করতে পারবে। 

After writing a prescription, you can take visiting fees as cash or through banking or mobile banking (such as bKash, Rocket, Nagad etc). In this case, you need to provide your banking or mobile banking information in Doctor Profile> Settings> Doctor Settings. > Payment Methods menu. Patient will be able to see your payment method and related information from his profile and will be able to pay you the visiting fee.
